SUBJECT: This petition requests the correction of incorrect information in the inheritance certificate.
EXPLANATIONS
1-Our client’s stepfather XXXXXX and mother XXXXX passed away as a result of a traffic accident on XX/XX/2017. As can be seen in the hospital records, our client’s stepfather died at the time of the accident, and our client’s mother passed away in the hospital approximately 8 hours after the accident.
2- In the Certificate of Inheritance issued by the … Court under number XXXX/XXX, XXXX, the child of our client’s stepfather from his previous marriage, was incorrectly listed as an heir as if the mother and father had died at the same time and was specified as an heir in the ratio of XX/XXXX.
3- Since our client’s stepfather died earlier, our client’s biological mother would be the primary heir. Subsequently, due to the death of the biological mother, the share ratios of our client’s mother’s heirs should have been re-determined.
4- Since the Inheritance Certificate issued by the … Court under number XXXX/XXX does not correspond to the actual situation, the inheritance certificate must be re-issued in accordance with the death reports and times we have submitted in the appendix.
