Since the debtor mentioned in the said attachment notice has no rights or receivables with the client, we object to the first attachment notice within the specified period.
Furthermore, attachment decisions cover specific and existing claims of the debtor known to third parties on the date of notification; attachment proceedings cannot be carried out for claims that may arise in the future. Therefore, we also object to your request for attachment regarding future rights and claims.
