You must pay the debt and enforcement costs (provide the security) within (7) days from the date of notification of this payment order; if you have any objection to the entire debt or part thereof or to the creditor’s right to enforce the debt, or if the signature on the promissory note is not yours, you must also explicitly notify this within the same (7) days; otherwise, this promissory note will be deemed to have been issued by you in the enforcement proceedings; if you deny the signature, you must be present at the hearing before the enforcement court; If you fail to comply, your objection will be temporarily lifted; if you do not notify the enforcement office of your objection to the promissory note or debt in writing or verbally within seven days, you must submit a statement of assets within the same period in accordance with Article 74, otherwise you will be subject to imprisonment; if you do not submit a statement of assets or submit a statement that is contrary to the truth, you will be punished with imprisonment; You are required to provide an address belonging to you with your objection for the purposes of the lawsuit and enforcement proceedings. If you change your address but do not provide a new address within the country and your new address cannot be determined, the notification to be sent to the address indicated in the enforcement request shall be deemed to have been made to you. If the debt is not paid or no objection is made, compulsory enforcement shall continue.
