SUBJECT : We request that the court decide to allow us to join the case on the plaintiff’s side.
EXPLANATIONS :1-The outcome of the claim for damages arising from the misuse of the leased property filed by the plaintiff against the defendant, who is the subtenant, will also affect the rights of our client, as the plaintiff is our client’s tenant. For this reason, we wish to join the case as a plaintiff on the side of the plaintiff.
2-The plaintiff is our client’s tenant. He has sublet one room of the apartment we have rented to him in its entirety to the defendant as a subtenant. The subtenant has misused the room he uses and the common areas of the apartment belonging to our client, -in his own words, “made art” -and, in our client’s words, “ruined everything by painting it in bright colors.” Our client warned the plaintiff with a notice dated … and numbered … from the … Notary Public, and as a result, the plaintiff filed this lawsuit against the defendant.
3-We wish to participate in this case, which closely concerns our client, as a Joining Plaintiff.
LEGAL GROUNDS: HUMK 53-58 and other relevant legislation.
EVIDENCE: Lease agreement, witnesses, notice, and other evidence.
CONCLUSION OF THE CLAIM: For the reasons explained above and for the reasons stated herein, we request that the court rule in favor of our participation in the lawsuit on the plaintiff’s side.
