CASE : Request for a restraining order due to alcohol addiction.

FACTS : 1- The plaintiff client is the spouse of the defendant.

2- The defendant has been drinking alcohol frequently for a long time and has become an addict. For this reason, he does not work in a job, he consumes the assets he has by selling them and thus, he exposes the future of his family to poverty.

Thus, it has become compulsory to file this lawsuit in order to restrict the defendant.
