SUBJECT OF THE CASE : It consists of the request for reorganization of the personal relationship with the child.
FACTS : 1- The plaintiff client and the defendant were divorced and the custody of the joint children was given to the defendant mother. The judgment regarding this is attached.
2- Since the plaintiff client was a civil servant in another city, she could see the children every year during the summer vacation. However, now that he has been assigned to the same city, he wants to see them on weekends and holidays. We are of the opinion that this would be better for the development of my children, who are young.
For these reasons, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit for the restoration of personal contact with the children.
