In the case file bearing the case number listed above, the movable and immovable property of the debtor at the addresses indicated and/or to be indicated, as well as the debtor’s rights and claims held by third parties, shall be seized to the extent sufficient to cover the debt; the debtor’s movable property shall be placed under custody; and, if the debtor is not present at the address, the property belonging to the debtor identified at the location and address to be indicated by the creditor’s attorney/ representative at the location and address they specify, the seizure and taking into custody of property determined to belong to the debtor, the seizure of any safe contents, if any, and—if the debtor is not present—the opening of locked premises by a locksmith. I hereby request that a seizure order be sent to the relevant Manavgat On-Call Enforcement Directorate for the on-site seizure of movable property.
