SUBJECT: Our statements pursuant to the minutes of the hearing dated 19.04.2022.
EXPLANATIONS:
With the minutes of the hearing dated 19.04.2022, Your Honorable Court has informed us: << .. “Within a strict period of two weeks, the parties shall submit to the court the documents they have indicated in their petitions but have not yet submitted, or make the necessary explanations for the purpose of obtaining documents to be brought from elsewhere. (address, branch, unit, or center where the document will be requested, etc.) otherwise, they will be deemed to have waived their right to rely on that evidence.” It was noted that the warning was deemed to have been served with the notification of this approval record, which also included the invitation to the preliminary examination hearing. In accordance with the hearing minutes, we submit our statements and explanations to Your Honorable Court, reserving our right to present evidence against the evidence of the opposing party.
