FACTS : 1- The defendant village encroaches on the pasture in ……. location between …… and …… villages in ….. province, …… district, …… and …… villages, surrounded by ……. river to the east, ……. field to the west, ……. forest to the north and a quarry to the south, and prevents the people of the plaintiff village, the original owner, from benefiting from it.
2- Although there have been many disputes between the parties for the same pasture and each time it has been decided by the relevant parties that the right of use of the pasture belongs to the plaintiff village, the defendant village has still continued its encroachment by claiming that the pasture belongs to them.
For this reason, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit.
