FACTS : 1- The plaintiff client and the defendant were married on …./…./…… and two daughters were born in this marriage, one of whom is … years old and the other is …. years old.
2- The marriage union has recently become unbearable for my client as a result of the defendant’s misconduct. The said negativities have also negatively reflected on my client’s business life.
3- In order for my client to continue both her professional and marital life, it would be beneficial for the future of the marital union for the parties to separate for a while and recover themselves during this period.
For these reasons, it has become necessary to file this separation case.
