EXPLANATIONS
1- The defendant ……………. delivered the goods belonging to the client company ………………………………., where he worked as a driver A.Ş., for which he worked as a driver, loaded on a Mercedes truck with the license plate 34 AA 0000 and delivered them from Istanbul to Ankara.
2- Defendant …………………….. When he reached Ankara, with the help of the other defendants ………………, ……………………., and ………………., stole the goods belonging to the client company by pretending that they were stolen.
3- Upon the complaint made to the Public Prosecutor’s Office by …………………….., the owner of the company and the truck in question, the criminal allegation was deemed serious and a lawsuit was filed with the above written case number of your Honorable Court.
4- Since our client company has been damaged by the crime, we would like to participate in the case as an intervener.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For the reasons explained, we submit to your tensip and opinion that we are admitted to the lawsuit as a participant without prejudice to our rights to receivables, and that the defendants be sentenced according to the provisions of the law article appropriate to their crimes.
