The spread of Internet use and the easing of the access of large public kits to the internet has brought with it a number of legal problems. Considering this aspect, it will be appreciated that serious legal development has been achieved with the adoption of the law No. 5651 on “regulation of publications made on the Internet and combating crimes committed through these publications”in 2007. Because the content of the websites in question is one of the cataloguing offences regulated in the relevant law article, or if there is a violation of rights, access prohibition is possible in a shorter way. The purpose of the law, the obligations and responsibilities of the content provider, location provider, access provider and collective use providers, and the procedures and principles for combating certain crimes committed on the internet through the content, location and access providers are regulated.
