The popularization of Internet use and the simplification of access to the Internet for a wide range of people has brought with it a number of legal problems. Considering this point of view, it will be appreciated that serious legal progress has been achieved with the adoption of the Law No. 5651 “On the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications”in 2007. Because if one of the catalog crimes regulated in the relevant article of the law exists in the content of Internet sites with this law or if there is a violation of rights, a ban on access is possible in a shorter way. The purpose of the Law is to regulate the obligations and responsibilities of content providers, location providers, access providers and mass use providers, as well as the procedures and principles for combating certain crimes committed on the Internet through content, location and access providers.
