FACTS : 1- Although the client ………….. is still alive, he was somehow registered in the civil registry as if he was dead.
2- In order for the client, who learned about this situation while applying for marriage procedures, to complete the marriage procedures and to use other civil rights, it was necessary to cancel the death record in the population.
For this reason, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit for the correction of the death record as alive.
