EXPLANATIONS
1- My client ………. has played football professionally in Turkish football clubs for many years and is currently working as a coach due to the conditions he is in.
2- My client is currently registered with the Population Directorate of ……… District of ……. province ……., and his father came to ………… with all his family members from ………. province many years ago and settled in ………… and transferred all family population records to ……….
3- While my client’s surname was (………..) for his entire clan in the province of …….. in the past, during the transfer of his father’s population to …….., it was mistakenly passed as (……….) when the records were passed by the ………. population directorate.
4- As it is known, there is no such word as ………. in Turkish, whether in all dictionary scans of the Turkish Language Institution or in the dictionary studies of language experts.
5- As we have explained above, the client played football for many years in the 1st league and 2nd league teams and caused many laughs when the teams were introduced as “………” in the presentations on the fields before and after the matches, and in this respect, my client has caused laughter for many years due to the difficulty in the pronunciation of his surname and the connotation of another word, and these issues have caused sadness in my client’s spiritual world.
6- From time to time, even in the company of friends, in verbal conversations such as jokes, joking, etc., the client was even addressed from time to time by the people around him, such as “……… you started to talk like your surname ……. again!”, expressing ridicule.
As explained;
Although the surname of the client is known to everyone as ……….., it is somehow written as ……….. in the population, which causes inaccuracies, some confusion in bureaucracy correspondence, and conversations that will be ridiculed in human relations, and since this issue constitutes a violation of linguistics in terms of the rules that should be in accordance with the surname law;
It has become necessary to apply to your Court to change the surname of the client to ……… for the reasons explained.
