SUBJECT OF LAWSUIT : It consists of the request to decide on the collection of the costs for the independent section of the defendant.
FACTS : 1- The defendant is the owner of the apartment numbered (X) of the apartment building on the immovable property numbered ………, …………… district, …………… neighborhood, ……….. street, ……… block, parcel.
2- The defendant has not paid the apartment fee for 4 months. The monthly apartment fee for the defendant’s share is 150 TL. He has not paid this money despite repeated warnings.
Therefore, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit.
LEGAL GROUNDS :
EVIDENCE : Land registry, expert report, discovery and all kinds of legal evidence.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST : For the reasons stated above, we respectfully request and demand by proxy that our lawsuit be accepted and that the four-month apartment fee corresponding to the defendant’s share be decided to be collected together with interest for a total of 600 TL, and that the defendant be charged with the costs of the proceedings and attorney’s fees.
