SUBJECT OF LAWSUIT : Determination of which of more than one person died first.
FACTS : 1- While the plaintiff client was abroad, he learned that there was a traffic accident and that his wife and his wife’s parents died in this accident.
2- Later, when he applied to the relevant authorities to take legal procedures by obtaining an inheritance certificate, he was asked whether there was any property left from his wife for the inheritance and transfer tax, and it was important who died before the parties.
3- It has become necessary to file this lawsuit on behalf of the client to determine which of her husband and her husband’s parents who died in the same traffic accident died first.
LEGAL GROUNDS :
EVIDENCE : Population record, witness statement, traffic accident report, hospital records and all legal evidences.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST : According to the reasons and evidence presented above, I request that the lawsuit be accepted and it be decided to determine which of the client’s wife ……………, mother and father died first and which died later.
