122% Increase In Power Of Attorney Stamp
With the entry of 2023, the price of the bar stamp, which must be affixed to the power of attorney in accordance with Article 27 of the Attorneyship Law, was increased by 122 percent and set at 40.30 TL.
35 PERCENT INCREASE LAST YEAR
In 2022, the bar stamp was increased by 35 percent and the stamp price was determined as 18.15 TL. In 2021, the proxy stamp was 13.40 TL; 12.30 TL in 2020, 10.10 TL in 2019, 8.20 TL in 2018, 7.25 TL in 2017, and 3.75 TL in 2009.
In the announcement made by the BAT, it was stated that the new stamps will be delivered to the relevant branches of Halk Bank following the completion of the printing.
Bar associations are required to deliver the remaining proxy stamps for 2022 to the Union of Turkish Bar Associations until January 31, 2023.

The cost of the 2023 proxy stamps to be used in 2023 has been determined as 40.30 TL each and their printing has started.
1-) New stamps will be sent to T. Halk Bank branches following the completion of printing.
2-) In the event that our Bar Associations deliver the proxy stamps of 2022 remaining in their hands to our Union until 31.01.2023 (by hand, mail, cargo, etc.), the delivered stamps will be transferred to the accounts of our Bar Associations.
