Lawsuit Filed At The Council Of State For Cancellation Of CMK Fee Tariff
The Istanbul Bar Association filed a lawsuit with the Council of State for the annulment and stay of execution of the 2023 tariff regarding the payments to be made to the defenders and attorneys appointed pursuant to the Criminal Procedure Law, which was prepared under the ‘Attorney Minimum Fee Tariff’ and published in the Official Gazette dated 29 December 2022 and numbered 32058.
