FACTS : 1- My client ………., the defendant ……., purchased …….pcs bürosit brand office chair and ……pcs office desk from ……… A.Ş. with the sales contract dated ……. and paid the price in advance.
2- The plaintiff ……….., who came to buy an apartment from my client, who is a contractor, said that the desk that my client bought and put in his office belonged to him during the apartment negotiation. The plaintiff claimed that he recognized the table by the (painted and specially searched) mark he had put on the legs of the table.
