2-however, during the appeal process I was taken to intensive care after having a heart attack and during the time I could not come to the Enforcement office and make an appeal. The doctor’s reports on this condition are presented in the appendix. (Additional.1)
3-the signature under the bonds shown as the basis of the said debt, which is subject to follow-up by the creditor, is not mine. The signature examination will reveal the situation. I therefore object to the debt.(other reasons should be written if ar)
Evidence: Hospital and doctor reports, witness statements and all other legal evidence.
Legal reasons: enforcement and Bankruptcy Law and all related legislation.
Conclusion and claim : due to the reasons described above, I have no debt due to the acceptance of these objections, due to the fact that I do not have the signature on the notes, which are the basis of the debt put into follow-up by the creditor with the file number of the execution office. For this reason, I respectfully request that the execution proceedings be stopped, the costs of the trial and the power of Attorney be imposed on the other party. …/…/….
