EXPLANATIONS:
In the case currently pending before your court under the case number listed above, pursuant to Interim Decision No. 1 in the minutes of the hearing dated ………, the submission of the decedent’s certificate of inheritance to the case file has been requested.
Pursuant to the contracts signed and executed between the client bank and the decedent ……….., credit cards were issued to the customer, and four support loans were extended. Due to the deceased ……………’s failure to fulfill his obligations arising from the contracts governing the aforementioned credit cards and support loans, and his failure to pay his debt to the client bank, his account was seized, and enforcement proceedings were initiated against him under Case No. ………. of the Antalya 3rd Enforcement Directorate.
Following the death of the debtor …….. in ……….., we filed a petition for a Certificate of Inheritance regarding the decedent with the Antalya 8th Civil Court of Peace.
