In the divorce case we filed, which was registered on the basis of your court, we also requested the liquidation of the goods within the framework of the regime for participating in the acquired goods. Although the parties have agreed on a divorce, no agreement has been reached on the liquidation of the property. For this reason, since the case cannot be concluded for a long time, we have an obligation to request the separation of the cases in order for the liquidation of the disputed goods to be considered in a separate case.
