The first attachment notice sent in connection with the case numbered above was served on our client on October 7, 2020.
Since the debtor named in the aforementioned attachment notice has no rights or claims against our client, we are objecting to the first attachment notice within the prescribed time limit.
Furthermore, attachment orders cover the debtor’s specific and existing claims known as of the date of service against third parties; attachment proceedings cannot be carried out with respect to claims that may arise in the future. For this reason, we also object to your request for attachment regarding future rights and claims.
For the reasons explained above, we object to the first attachment notice and request that the necessary actions be taken.
