2-Our client’s son is engaged, the day has been taken from the municipality and the wedding will be held in a short time. Our client will place his son in this apartment where the defendant is currently residing as a tenant.
3-This special situation, in accordance with Article 7/b of the Law No. 6570, the tenant was notified by us ……. ……. dated and ……. dated and ……. numbered notice of the Notary Public. However, the defendant has not evicted the tenant despite this notice and warnings.
4-We request that the tenant be evicted from the leased property.
