In the file with the above-mentioned case number, an execution proceeding was made to my client by way of execution without judgment and a payment order was sent. The notification was served to the mukhtar on the grounds that he was out of town. However, on the date of notification …/…/…., my client is performing his military service. Therefore, the notification made to him is irregular. My client became aware of the payment order (execution file) on ../../….. We submit our objections within the legal period.
Our client does not owe any debt to the party claiming to be the creditor. Therefore, we expressly object to the payment order, the debt, the proceeding, the interest rate, the interest, the interest, the accrued interest and all the accessories of the proceeding.
