The plaintiff, our client, and the defendant &#8230; &#8230; have been married ever since.<br>2. They have children (no children) in their respective marriages.<br>3. However, the plaintiff and our client are unable to adapt spiritually and intellectually. The flaw is more the defendant&#8217;s side. The efforts of the parties to reconcile also did not yield results. It is no longer possible for them to continue the marital union as husband and wife.<br>4.For this reason, it has become mandatory to open this case.<br>5.In addition, the defendant does not care for his children next door. In this context, we have an obligation to demand that alimony be tied to the measure during the continuation of the divorce proceedings.<br>Conclusion and prompt: for the reasons explained above;<br>1.
