However, our client&#8217;s gender (Male\/Female)is. Received from the board of Health ..\/..\/\u2026. my gender (Male\/Female) was determined in the Daily \u2026 numbered report.<\/li><li>Our client \u2026\u2026. she underwent the necessary surgery on the consent decree for a dated gender change, and her gender changed.<\/li><li>This situation is proved by the Health Board report, witness, appearance etc..
