If the last day of the 7-day appeal period that is followed without a warrant falls on the weekend or any public holiday, the appeal period is considered extended to the first day after the weekend or public holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If there is more than one debtor in the execution file, a debtor&#8217;s objection simply stops the follow-up on him. It doesn&#8217;t stop other borrowers from tracking.
