My client \u2026 \u2026 has been in the hospital for months \u2026 \u2026 because of his history of a car accident. The doctor&#8217;s reports on the duration and health of my client&#8217;s stay in the hospital are included as provided in the appendix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 -) the debt which is subject to follow-up by the creditor has been paid by my client in two installments on different dates and the samples of receipts related to the payment are attached. Since my client did not receive the debt-related securities after the payment, the execution proceeding in question was initiated. That&#8217;s why we object to the debt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 -) since my client has paid the debt subject to the said follow-up and cannot make an appeal within the legal period, it is necessary to apply to your court to make a delayed appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legal reasons: 2004 p. K. m. 65 and related legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legal evidence: payment receipts, doctor&#8217;s reports, witness statements and other evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RESULT AND PROMPT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the reasons described above, we respectfully request on behalf of our client the decision to accept these objections, to stop the follow-up because the debt put in pursuit by the creditor with the file number of the Enforcement Agency has been paid by my client, to charge the prosecution expenses and the power of attorney fee to the other party. \u2026\/\u2026\/\u2026<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2026 TO THE MAGISTRATE OF THE COURT OF EXECUTION OBJECTOR (DEBTOR) : Acting : LENDER : Subject: includes our delayed objections.
