(Annex 1) our client has been insured for 10 (ten) years since his entry into the business (Annex 2); the insurance registration number is \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 -) \u2026 \/ \u2026 \/ \u2026 our client had an accident at work (Appendix 3); he was paralyzed from the waist down as a result of the iron blocks in the factory falling on our client. (Appendix 4)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 -) Our client has completely lost his work force due to this accident and is in a very difficult situation economically. Therefore, his disability has to be determined and attached to his pension. For this reason, it is necessary to apply to your court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legal reasons: 506 S.
