The real estate must be registered on my client in accordance with the provisions of the acquisition statute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 -) for this reason, the property of the said real estate, passed to my client and the determination made on behalf of the Treasury in order to be sued for cancellation has become mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legal reasons: 3402 S. K. m. 9, 18, and related legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legal evidence: Land Registry records, discovery, expert examination and other evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RESULT AND PROMPT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the reasons explained above, I respectfully request from your Supreme Court that the determination made to the defendant in the name of the Treasury be cancelled, the said property be registered in the name of my client, the costs of the trial be charged to the defendant, and the decision be made. \u2026\/\u2026\/\u2026<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2026\u2026.
