INSTRUCTIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 -) My client and the defendant \u2026 address \u2026 island \u2026 parcel number is building on the land. A floor easement has been established on the plot. (Appendix-1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 -) The defendant has to pay every month in accordance with the contract \u2026 TL.click Pay is. The defendant still did not pay the debt, although the notice was made through a notary public. (Appendix-2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 -) due to the defendant’s failure to fulfill his obligations, license and condominium could not be established. The defendant’s share of the land and floor easement has become mandatory for the transfer of my client’s cooperative and its members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESULT AND PROMPT<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the reasons explained above, we respectfully request on behalf of our client that the defendant’s land share and floor easement be transferred to my clients at the rate of land shares, trial costs and attorney fees be installed to the other party, provided that the present value is paid to him by us. \u2026\/ \u2026\/ \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
