Land Registry records, witnesses, discovery and expert report, all other legal evidence<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legal reason: TMY 747 and other related legislation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. I am the owner of the real estate at the address of kain and registered in my name with the title deed &#8230; island &#8230; parcel number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This immovable property (for example: House, Land, field, etc.) has no way to go to the general road. Although I have requested this matter before, my departure is not permitted by the defendant.<br>It is imperative that I set out in general. I am unable to take advantage of the said property because of this obstacle.
