1. Our father, who left a legacy D…, ………… he disinherited me with a daily will. I found out about this situation after the opening of the will.

The testator did not specify the reason for removing my person from the inheritance in his will. In this case, the deduction from the inheritance will not be valid. Therefore, I am right in my objection.
