DECISION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF LAW
After the General Assembly of law examined and read the papers in the file, the requirement was discussed: the defendant’s acting lawyer who appealed the Local Court’s decision to resist 22.12.2010 .. … … power of attorney or authorization is not included in the file.After this deficiency is corrected, the file must be returned to the court for submission to the Supreme Court.
Conclusion: it was unanimously decided on 15.04.2011 to return the file to the court for the completion of the above-written deficiency.
