SUBJECT: Regarding the issuance of a wage garnishment notice.
With the file number stated above, two wage garnishment notices have been sent to the aforementioned business address. However, the requested address is Antalya Aksu, and we respectfully request that the wage garnishment be sent to the address stated above.
Until the debt is paid off, the debtor named above shall have
1/4 of their salary, bonuses, and premiums considered as wages under the Labor Law, as well as severance pay and notice pay in case of termination, and all other labor claims, and the seizure of the entire amount of compensation and guarantees up to the amount of the debt; the request for all address information of the debtor in the employer’s records; the recording of the seizure in the records, the initiation and continuation of deductions from the debtor’s first monthly salary until the debt is reported as paid off, the notification of the result, and the regular transfer of the deductions to your Office’s bank account; notification to your Office in the event of any change in the debtor’s salary or employment or any change requiring the debtor to receive his/her salary from another place, or in the event of termination of employment, notification of any other garnishments on the salary and the order of your Office’s file, and, in the event of any contrary action, collection from the salaries and other assets of those responsible without the need for a court ruling, in accordance with Articles 356 and 357 of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. that amounts not deducted from the debtor’s salary or deducted but not transferred will be collected from the salaries and other assets of those responsible without the need for a court ruling, and that those who fail to comply with the order will be reported to the Public Prosecutor’s Office. We respectfully request that a letter be sent to the employer in accordance with this decision on behalf of our client. .
