SUBJECT OF THE CASE : The request to change the purpose of the foundation.
FACTS : 1- The purpose of the foundation, which was established under the name ………………, according to the foundation deed, is to carry out the education services of “Middle School” children who cannot go to school with their own means.
2- However, today, Secondary School has been made compulsory due to the change in the National Education legislation and it has already been ensured that they go to school.
3- Thus, since the original purpose of the founder in the official deed of the foundation is no longer in existence, we are of the opinion that the dedication of the foundation to high school students is in accordance with the original purpose of the founder.
For this reason, it has become necessary to make this request in order to change the purpose of the foundation.
