SUBJECT OF THE CASE : The request to change the administrators of the foundation.
FACTS : 1- According to the law, our institution, which is authorized and authorized to audit foundations, has determined that there are deviations from the purpose of the foundation.
2- Although the administrative board of the said foundation has been warned many times before, its contrary attitudes and behaviors continue. These behaviors deviate the foundation from its purpose and lead to arbitrary practices.
For these reasons, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit in order to change the foundation management.
