3- However, pursuant to the inheritance contract, the defendant did not fulfill his own obligations, and on the other hand, he always prevented the muris from using his authority to terminate the inheritance contract through threats and intimidation. For this reason, it has become mandatory to file this lawsuit for the annulment of the aforementioned inheritance contract.
