SUBJECT : Our Request for Annulment of Marriage.
EXPLANATIONS: 1-Our client married the defendant through an arranged marriage. Their marriage was solemnized on ……. at the ……. Marriage Office. The marriage records are located at ……. Province, ……. District, ……. Neighborhood, ……. Volume No., ……. Page No., and ……. Register No.
2- Our client and the defendant did not have the opportunity to get to know each other well. After the marriage, our client noticed some abnormalities in the defendant. Some of these include avoiding sleeping in the same bed and refusing to undress in front of our client. Upon our client’s insistence, it was revealed that the defendant is actually intersex.
3- The defendant, who has been undergoing treatment for this condition for years, kept it hidden from our client. If our client had known about the defendant’s condition, they would never have entered into this marriage.
4-Our client has made a fundamental mistake, but has also been misled by the defendant in this matter. We reserve our material and moral rights to sue due to the comical situation he has fallen into in society and the expenses he has incurred for the marriage.
5-We request the annulment of the marriage contract between our client and the defendant.

RESPONSE PERIOD: 10 days.
REQUESTED OUTCOME: We request that the marriage contract be dissolved for the reasons stated, that the litigation costs be borne by the defendant, and that the opposing party’s attorney’s fees be awarded to us as attorneys in accordance with the last paragraph of Article 164 of the Attorney Law No. 1136, as amended by Law No. 4667.
