FACTS : 1- The plaintiff bequeathed to the plaintiff client, …………….., the immovable property registered in the title deed ……, …….. parcel number with the attached will.
2- However, the heirs of the deceased are in possession of the aforementioned real estate, and although they are aware of the will, they resist not to give it.
3- It has become necessary to file this lawsuit for the transfer of the title deed and possession of the said immovable.
4- We also request an injunction to be placed on the title deed to prevent the transfer of the immovable.
