2- However, I was taken to intensive care after having a heart attack during the appeal process and I was unable to come to the Enforcement Office during the appeal period. The mentioned doctor’s reports on this condition are October in the appendix. (Additional.1)
3- The signature under the notes shown by the creditor as the basis of the said debt, which is subject to follow-up, does not belong to me. The situation will arise during the signature examination. Therefore, I object to the debt.(if there are other reasons, they should be written Dec)
EVIDENCE : Hospital and doctor reports, witness statements and all kinds of other legal evidence.
LEGAL REASONS: Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law and all kinds of related legislation.
CONCLUSION AND PROMPT: For the reasons described above, the delayed work is based on the acceptance of these objections, the creditor … the Enforcement Office … /… the file number and the signature on the promissory notes that are the basis of the debt I do not owe due to the fact that I do not own the signature on the promissory notes. Therefore, I respectfully request that it be decided that the enforcement proceedings will be stopped, the trial costs and the proxy fee will be charged to the other party. …/…/….
