… TO THE JUDGMENT OF MR.
DEFENSE PRESENTER(DEFECTED):
ATTORNEY:
PLAINTIFF:
ATTORNEY:
CRIME: Insulting crime
SUBJECT: Defense statement.
EXPLANATION
My client, who is the defendant, was sued on the grounds that he insulted the plaintiff. My client has never seen the plaintiff before, except on the day of the incident. He went to the office to pay by card at the gas station in …, where the incident took place.
He saw the plaintiff for the first time there, the plaintiff buys cigarettes and water. He is too drunk to stand. The plaintiff collapsed on our client and vomited. My client, whose favorite clothes were soiled, said “God damn it”. This statement is never a word against the plaintiff, but a personal complaint.
The drunken plaintiff then made abusive remarks to my client and walked towards him. Although my client is a former licensed boxer, he did not hit the plaintiff, on the contrary, he picked it up and told him to be decent. then the petrol station manager and employees who saw the fight intervened and escorted my client to the car.
My client, who left the scene, later saw that this case was opened. What is wrong here is not my client, but the plaintiff himself. It also reserves the right to sue my client for insults and at the expense of his attire.
RESULT OF THE CLAIM: We request the dismissal of the lawsuit filed against my client for the reasons explained above. …/…/…
