2 -) sitting next door to our client…. …. it was noticed by many residents in the same apartment, including our client, that despite the fact that the meter was sealed by the authorities of the institution due to the failure of his named neighbor to pay the electricity debt, he continued to use it by installing the meter outlet after the day of sealing.
