LAWSUIT : The request for an extraordinary meeting of the general assembly of the association.
FACTS : 1- The plaintiff client is a member of the association ……………….. with the number ……
2- Upon the deviation of the association from its purpose, … persons exceeding one-fifth majority of the members of the association applied to the board of directors on ………….. to call the general assembly for a meeting.
3- However, the board of directors has not convened the general assembly until today and has notified the plaintiff externally that it will not convene the general assembly in the future.
Thus, it has become necessary to file this lawsuit in order to appoint three members to call the general assembly of the association for an extraordinary meeting.

EVIDENCE : Bylaws of the Association, member registration registers, copies of written applications of the members and all kinds of legal evidence.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST : According to the reasons and evidence presented above, we respectfully request that the lawsuit be accepted and that three people among the members of the association be appointed to call the general assembly of the association for an extraordinary meeting.
